Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Foreign Careers website (the “Platform”), operated by Foreign Careers (the “Company”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (the “User” or “Employer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Use of Platform

The Platform facilitates recruitment by connecting employers in Saudi Arabia with expatriate job seekers already residing in the Kingdom. Users may post jobs, review CVs, and schedule interviews. Employers agree to use the Platform in good faith and refrain from bypassing or circumventing the Platform's services or payment process.

3. Account Registration and Security

Users must provide accurate, up-to-date registration details and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. All activity under the registered account is the sole responsibility of the User. Employers are fully responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts, including actions by their employees or authorized users.

4. Service Fees

A one-time service fee applies for each successful hire made through the Platform. A “successful hire” occurs when a candidate accepts a job offer submitted via the Platform. The exact fee will be displayed before the job offer is sent. Payment must be completed before the candidate’s contact information is released. Payment methods include credit/debit card or bank transfer via official invoice. All service fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of the outcome of the employment relationship. The Company reserves the right to modify its pricing structure at any time, with such changes taking effect upon being posted on the Platform.

5. Candidate Ownership and Non-Circumvention

Employers are strictly prohibited from requesting or exchanging direct contact details with candidates before paying the service fee. Candidates introduced through the Platform remain tied to it for a 12-month exclusivity period. Any direct hiring, bypassing payment, or use of candidate data outside the Platform will be considered a breach and subject to the full service fee. Failure to pay the applicable service fee will result in immediate account suspension, potential legal proceedings, and the Company reserving the right to recover the owed fee through formal legal channels. The Company reserves the right to review interview recordings or communications for compliance.

6. Candidate Data Usage

By submitting their CVs or profiles, candidates grant Foreign Careers the right to store, display, and present their data to relevant employers via the Platform. Foreign Careers may reintroduce or recommend candidates to other employers unless the candidate opts out in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Users agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained through the Platform, including candidate profiles, communications, and interview recordings. Any unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action.

8. Website Security Rules

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Platform systems, extract data, or compromise the integrity of the site. Any violation may lead to suspension and legal consequences.

9. Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to: post false or misleading content, impersonate others, share external contact details prematurely, spam, violate intellectual property, or misuse the Platform in any unlawful way. Such actions may result in account termination and legal liability.

10. Monitoring and Enforcement

Foreign Careers may monitor user content and communications, including interviews, to ensure compliance. Any misuse, fraud, or abuse may result in removal of content, account suspension, and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

Foreign Careers acts solely as a platform to connect employers with job seekers. It does not guarantee job placements or verify all user-submitted information. The Company is not a party to any employment contract between employers and candidates and is not responsible for candidate performance, conduct, or any post-hiring disputes. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, or acts of God.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foreign Careers, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Platform Content Ownership

All content, trademarks, software, and technologies used on the Platform are the exclusive property of Foreign Careers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

15. Electronic Acceptance

By clicking to accept these Terms during registration, job posting, or any Platform activity, you confirm your legal acceptance and acknowledge that it constitutes a binding agreement.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms represent the entire agreement between the User and the Company. Foreign Careers may update these Terms at any time, with notice via email or shown upon next login. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. All payments made to the Company are final and non-refundable. A printed or electronic version of these Terms shall be admissible in judicial proceedings.
