Facility Engineer

Oversees daily operations of building systems, including HVAC/District cooling, plumbing system and water treatment

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.

Inspect and maintain civil structures such as roofs, walls, floors,􀀠painting and waterproofing.

Prepare scope of work, cost estimates, and project schedule,e and oversee the contractor’s work

Identify operational problems or system failures and provide a solution or escalate as necessary

Perform regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential􀀠hazards and implement mitigation measures.

Manage the operation and maintenance of mall facilities, including HVAC , plumbing system and sanitary

Comprehensive evaluation of bid documents based on capital and operational expenditure analysis, compliance to specifications and company standards

Detailed review of the mechanical plan to ensure compliance with project requirements and for mall standards.

Perform assessment on equipment specification, shop drawing and conformance to approved plan and bid requirement.

Coordinate with design teams, project managers, and vendors to resolve design discrepancies and clarify requirements.

Conduct periodic site visits to verify project compliance

Generate clear and concise review reports, including technical􀀠assessments, compliance findings, and recommended actions.

Site Engineer

Review design plans, drawings, and specifications for the installation of ventilation fans and jet fans

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and architects to confirm system requirements and specifications.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the timely delivery of fans and related components.

Ensure the worksite is ready for installation, including preparation of ducts, power supply, mounting structures, and access for fan installation

Ensure the system is fully operational, tested, and meets all design and performance criteria before handover.

Confirm that all punch-list items are addressed before project closeout.

Site Engineer

Oversee and manage on-site activities for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure, including line post erection and civil works

Plan, coordinate, and monitor passive and active installations, including backbone cabling, aerial and underground installations, and fiber-blowing operations.

Supervise horizontal directional drilling operations for underground installations.

Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and risk assessments.
