Construction Manager

¢ Lead in the review and approval of contractor’s technical submissions/shop drawings, Method of statement, and ITPs in line with delivery schedule requirements
¢ Assist Planning Engineers in monitoring project(s) delivery against agreed baseline schedules, forecasting future productivity and key completion dates and development of clear management reports
¢ approvals and design issues, inspections and attend meeting with end user for complain of sub-contractor or exposed buried utilities.

Senior Site Engineer

Assist Supervision/Inspection of RE in the project implementation based on the project guidelines, general condition of contract, Project Quality Plan (PQP) and standard specification.
➢ Performs all necessary field assignments for supervision of works in progress.
➢ Ensures that tests and inspections are performed and documented in accordance
with project procedures.
➢ Reports deficiencies immediately to the RE and advises on construction matters.

➢ Supervise and remain vigilant regarding all aspects of the construction activities. Respond with appropriate and necessary levels of construction supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with condition of Contract Documents and standard specification (Blue book).
➢ Assist in the final inspection of the work. Review the adequacy and accuracy of the punch lists. Monitor the final completion of the work.
➢ Witness all test to be carried out in the site and in the laboratories.
➢ Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensure activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
➢ Coordinate with the contractor’s representative and Site Engineer in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non- Compliance Report.

Assistant Resident Engineer

Assist Supervision/Inspection of the resident engineer in the project implementation based on the project guidelines, general condition of contract (FIDIC) and standard specification, Reviewing and checking of the quantities submitted by contractor as per BOQ.
➢ Directing sub-ordinate members of the project team, including engineers, site inspectors and administration staff in relation to the assigned work in the site.
➢ General day to day contract administration and correspondence with the contractor and sub-contractor.

Site QA/QC Engineer

Responsible for quality surveillance and inspection of all civil works/Subcontractor, Including inspection of materials for construction, Earthworks, Excavation, Backfilling, Blinding, Traffic sign board and Road Marking, Formwork, Reinforcement, Embeds and Anchor bolts, Concrete placement ,curing, Cementations Fireproofing, Asphalting works, Underground piping and Tanking membrane, Surface Water Drainages, Inspection chamber, Soak ways, Sewerage, Storm water drainages system, Utilities Services( Water ducts (Main D.I PIPE and HDPE,PERFORATED,GRP),Dry legs ,Electricity, Street Lighting and Telephone Ducts),Kerb stone and Interlock as per specification (QCS, BS , ASTM).
➢ Perform visual examination of the specified number of items for damage or irregularities in size, shape, texture to provide qualitative assessment of conformance to specification.
➢ Prepare procurement document to the prospective suppliers/Subcontractor, requesting a proposal for the supply of equipment and materials.

Civil Supervisor

➢ Perform technical reviews, of shop drawing, product data, materials samples, purchase orders, inspection reports, delivery schedules, and technical data to assure compliance with the requirements of the contract.

Job Description:

interim payment certificates (IPC), partial payment and final payment submitted
by contractors.
➢ Attended all relevant materials testing, sampling, at the laboratory, recommended
approval and provided construction comments on all materials entering the site
and installed & ensure all tests as carried out as per contract requirements.
➢ Issue site instruction related document to the contractor implementation of DPWH
(ASTM, ACI) blue book guidelines and standard specification.
