■ Managing warehouses strategically to achieve the company’s policies & vision.
■ Organizing work inside refrigeration warehouses, freezing warehouses, spare parts & maintenance
warehouses, while adhering to the correct storage methods, temperatures & humidity inside refrigeration &
freezing warehouses, with fault detection & maintenance.
■ Organizing maintenance schedules for cars, machinery & equipment.
■ Organizing the renewal of warehouse. licenses, as well as car licenses, renewal of driver’s licenses & cars on

■ Supervision of maintenance & distribution operations, entry & exit procedures, storage procedures & Fleet

■ Follow-up the implementation & of the FIFO process, as well as follow-up the implementation of the FEFO
process, & the application of the 5S rules inside the warehouses, while maintaining the standards of quality &
food safety inside the warehouses.
