Quality Electrical Inspector (NEOM-Consultant)

• Review the contractor’s method statement, ITP, and WIR or RFI, MIR, Checklist and give remarks for any deviations from the requirements of the client.
• Monitor and Implement the QMS Procedures and PQP
• Review the construction project and contractor’s submittals.
• Review and perform material receiving inspection as per company and client requirements or as per applicable standards / Specifications.
• Evaluate the Factory Acceptance test.
• Identify all non-calibrated equipment.
• Ensure all equipment’s tools and materials meet the project quality requirements and personnel has been adequately trained to use them safely.
• Monitor and attend the inspection or witness all Electrical installation or Instrumentation works with respective quality ITPs and checklists or as per standards.
• Issued NCR, SOR, or SDR if needed as per project requirements and implemented the corrective & preventive actions.
• Implement the QHSE Procedure and policies to avoid accidents

QS & QA QC Electrical Engineer

• Review and estimate using Bluebeam or Plan Swift. And identify any deviations. from the requirements or standards.
• Review the project plans and specifications to estimate the cost involved in the construction activities.
• Send clarification to the client if there are any discrepancies in the drawing or as per standards.
• Negotiate the price with the Subcontractors and Suppliers or making comparisons the price.
• Value engineering by collaboration with design team and construction team to minimize the Cost by checking alternative materials, Solution, Modification, or method of construction to Save the cost.
• Ac as a liaison between client and site manager / Engineers,
• Allocate work to subcontractors and oversee them at all stages of the construction.

Project Engineer-Electrical

• Review the technical specs before the submission of the proposal for the new project.
• Mentor the Project team and monitor compliance with the QA/QC standards and Project specifications.
• Do material estimates, and cost and manage the approval of their request in the system.
• Communicate with client to interpret their needs and control and monitor the budget and target date of the project.
• review the drawing, if there is/, are any revisions to be made, and do an as-built drawing for any changes at the site.
• Control and monitor the budget and target date of the project.

• Coordinate and monitor Engineers at the site.
• Site Surveillance to monitor if the work progress can meet the target date and identify any non-conformity as per client or project specification as well as monitoring the Engineers.

QA QC Electrical Engineer / Inspector

• Prepare ITP and MS for electrical installation, Cable testing, and termination.
• Do material inspection at the warehouse/Store according to the shipment and packing list or delivery note and P.O, check the quantity/missing or any damage during transportation.
• Ensured that the material delivered at the site was approved and complied with the client and project specification.
• Manage the inspection approval with the client or consultant, Material submittal, as-built drawing for any changes on-site, and resolve issued SWR, SDR, and NCR.
• Conduct patrol or surveillance to observe the site condition and identify the problem that arises during construction and take immediate action for the rectification to minimize the costly construction and delays of the project.
• Control quality system and improve or develop corrective action.
• Apply Snagging or de-snagging before hand-over to the client.
• As site Engineer. Managed work execution at the site, checking the technical drawings to ensure that my men followed them correctly.
• Supervised my people and liaised with clients, subcontractors, Quantity surveyors, and other staff.
• Ensure that the construction meets the target timescale.
• Manage the surveyors for the coordinates and levels.
• Prepare site reports, timesheets of my people, and other office work.
