Revit Architecture

Engineering Draftsman

Executing & preparing detailed General Arrangement Drawings pertinent to Wadi Sulai Project using AutoCAD Civil 3d Software under guidance from Design Engineers; such as coordinate the existing survey, prepared Plan & Profile, Cross-Section and Landscape Layout Plan to deliver a Shop drawing as per design required at the site for construction. Also coordinated to our consultant and client to fit their requirements to provide the Red drawing and As Built drawing

Revit/CAD Draftsman

Responsible to review and analyzing the instruction, requirements and comments from Design Engineers and Client to prepared and executing the detailed construction drawing with incorporate Quality Control to provide a completeness, accuracy and compliance established standard. And responsible to prepare construction drawing, interior design drawing, Site drawing and tenant drawing in 2D and 3D drawings showing the details such as dimension, process methods and other requirements of design elements using AutoCAD and Revit Software with BIM concept.

Electrical Draftsman

In charge to provide electrical drawing; such as Shop drawing with estimating per units and quantities as per as new design from tender design with calculating dimension, levels and allowances with accurate precision. And also, responsible to preparing of outfitting layout, revised plan, constructions sketch, boxes sketch, control panels set-up/location and auxiliary power supply diagram. And in charge to site visit for inspection with site Electrical engineer to prepared As Built drawing for requirements of client.

Draftsman

Prepared detailed General Arrangement Drawings pertinent to Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project using AutoCAD Software under guidance from Design Engineers; such as coordinate the existing survey, prepared Plan & Profile, Cross-Section and Landscape Layout Plan to deliver a Shop drawing as per design required at the site for construction like Bus Station and Bus Stop Station. Also coordinated to our consultant and client to fit their requirements to provide the Red drawing and As Built drawing.

CAD Operator/Planning Officer

Responsible to prepare technical drawing of Electrical department; such as technical wiring, power layout diagrams, motor parts, control panel wiring, installation and construction drawing, also in charge to generate technical document such as Purchase Request (PR), material monitoring & supply for maintenance and installation operation. And also, in charge to preparing work permit and work schedule to maintenance and shifter personnel. Responsible also to operate SAP (System Application Product) all planning work like; material ordering & monitoring, work scheduling, budgeting and maintenance schedule.

Design Technician

Responsible for coordinates with design supervisor for weekly drawing and schedule deliverables Supported hull Fabrication factory and building site for detail engineering inquiries, and ensure that drawing output are in accordance with the Hull Construction standard set by the company. And also responsible for preparing drawings/documents are in accordance with standard design procedure and responsible also for the on-time delivery schedules of drawing and documents of assigned vessels.
