Senior System Admin

• Manage daily operation of infrastrucures.
• Manage Active Directory, Exchange Mail Server, and Group Policy configurations.
• Configure and maintain HPE storage volumes and ensure efficient data management.
• Adminster VMware vCenter and troubleshoot and manage of virtual and blade servers (HP).
• Maintain vCenter datastores.
• Manage scheduled backups via tape, VEEAM, and dropbox.
• Handle different PC Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11) problems.
• Supported peripherals like printer, scanner and IP phones.
• Resolve tickets from monitoring alerts on daily basis by Incidents, Changes and Problem tickets via ITSM tool.
• Patch and remediate vulnerabilities on endpoint via Kaspersky and MalwareBytes.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Switches.
• Ensure system performance via PRTG and OpManager.
• Collaborate and interact with customers and staff at the technical level and non-technical to support the

System Admin

• Administer Kaspersky security center.
• Monitor network infrastructure via PRTG and Zabbix.
• Administer Active directory 2019, internal DNS records, DHCP server, file server and GPO.
• Perform sever hardening for windows server via pingCastle then remediate vulnerabilities.
• Manage vSphere environment and perform backup.
• Manage Synology storage.
• Provide any after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems efficiently and effectively.
• Follow up with clients on their tickets and solutions.

Technical Support Engineer

• Administer Windows server 2019, WSUS, DNS, DHCP, IIS and GPO.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software applications.
• Ensure network performance via PRTG and Zabbix.
• Manage and maintain the file servers.
• Set up new users and give them access to the intranet.
• Administer ESET Protect Server portal for securing endpoints.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, including network upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
• Track issues and document all best practices and issues and solutions in details with the ticketing system.
• Offer instruction and mentorship to Level 1 support technicians as required.
• Respond to incoming queries requests, incident reports and inquiries via phone, email, ticketing systems and on
person and escalating complex issues to higher-tier support.

Network Engineer

• Resolve routing issues within multiple contexts of the Cisco ASA firewall and Routers and L3 Switches.
• Configure Routers and Switches (Cisco & Huawei) for Bank’s HQs (L2&L3) and Branches Including different
Routing Protocols (Static, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP), ACLs and L2 technologies (VLANs, HSRP, EtherChannel, STP).
• Ensure high availability connectivity for multiple ISPs by PBR, IP SLA tracking, HSRP, VRRP and GLBP.
• Provision, install and configurate network and cyber Security Systems equipment (TACACS+, ASA FW, Fortigate).
• Provide daily reports about Overload or up/down servers, memory usage, bandwidth, thresholds or any other
problematic devices and monitoring network status using PRTG tools to IT Manager and customers.
• Configure 4G modems for bank’s ATM machines.
