    firefighting systems using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project to ensure timely project
    execution.
     Prepare and maintain Material Take-Offs (MTOs), Material Requisitions (MRs), and Technical
    Bid Evaluations (TBEs) aligned with project timelines and procurement strategies.
     Review and track Non-Material Requisitions (NMRs) and ensure timely approval and
    incorporation into project schedules.
     Participate in design review meetings, integrate client feedback into planning deliverables, and
    adjust activity durations and dependencies accordingly.
     Monitor daily and weekly progress of fabrication, erection, and installation activities through
    site coordination and progress measurement systems.
     Coordinate with document control and engineering teams to ensure timely release of IFC
    drawings, datasheets, and vendor documents.
     Analyze and manage look-ahead schedules, identifying and resolving future constraints or
    delays using forecast tools and resource histograms
