• Successfully delivered turnkey projects for UPS systems, Generators, and data center site preparation across key clients, including SNB headquarters at KAFD, Smart Link, MOD, National Water Company, Prince Sultan Military Medical City and United Carton Industries Company.
• Led end-to-end project execution, from planning and procurement to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration of critical power and data center infrastructure.
• Managed multiple vendor relationships, overseeing contracts, performance, and service delivery to maintain high-quality standards and timely project completion.

Senior Project Engineer

Led strategic projects to enhance serviceability and drive adoption of SAFE’s retail products. Reported to the PMO, overseeing end-to-end project management, team leadership, and mentoring to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives
Achievements:
• Led installation and integration of surveillance systems / CCTV for Premises & Vehicles to enhance security monitoring and incident response.
• Managed deployment of Access Control Systems, ensuring controlled entry and compliance with safety regulations.
• Delivered advanced intrusion detection systems to safeguard assets and prevent unauthorized access.
• Oversaw installation and testing of Fire Alarm solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhanced safety measures.
• Managed Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for critical cash center security systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Tasked with leading a number of strategic retail banking projects that increase service ability and take-up of Abana’s retail products. Reporting to the PMO Director, I was responsible for end to end project management while leading and mentoring project delivery teams.
Achievements:
• Project managed the rollout of 120 Self-service kiosks and Digital Signage which increased productivity by 30% and reduced cost of ownership by 10%.
• Project managed the roll-out of Multivendor software installations on 450 Bank Al Bilad ATMs.
• Prepared a strategic business case (teller automation) for Al Rajhi Bank, which I led from inception through to product launch.
• Managed multiple vendor relationships that resulted in enhanced quality assurance and identified risks and issues at early stages during the project.
